Page No.# 1/2 GAHC010144522025 THE GAUHATI HIGH COURT (HIGH COURT OF ASSAM, NAGALAND, MIZORAM AND ARUNACHAL PRADESH) Case No. : Bail Appln./2288/2025 DIPAK DAS SON OF LATE LAKHESWAR DAS RESIDENT OF VILL- CHANDRAPUR )(2 NO. JAMBARI), P.S. BOKO, IN THE DISTRICT OF KAMRUP, ASSAM VERSUS THE STATE OF ASSAM REPRESENTED BY THE PP, ASSAM Advocate for the Petitioner : MR. B PHUKAN, MR. P K GOGOI Advocate for the Respondent : PP, ASSAM, BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 19.08.2025 Heard Mr. B. Phukan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is a 2nd bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 after Page No.# 2/2 rejection of the earlier one by this Court. 3. In the charge-sheet, six numbers of persons are shown as prosecution witnesses and all of them were examined by the Trial Court and that is the reason why the earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected. 4. Today, I have gone through the scanned copy of the evidence of the witnesses. 5. Since all the witnesses have been examined and the case is about to be disposed of by the Trial Court, consideration of the bail prayer of the petitioner would hamper early disposal of the case before the Trial Court. 6. Therefore, the bail application is rejected and stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
