The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite a decision having been taken by the Committee of Management pertaining to respondent no.3 and having been sent to respondent no.2 for his approval on 09.06.2025 no final decision has yet been taken by him. 4. Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, states that a decision would be taken by the respondents expeditiously in accordance with law and relevant rules. 5.
