(2) According to petitioner, he successfully completed Bachelor in Physiotherapy course in the year 2021 from Sheetal College of Biomedical Science, Dehradun, which is affiliated to HNB Garhwal Central University. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that his application for registration made to Uttarakhand Para Medical Council is not being considered. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “I. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to register the degree of Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT) of the petitioner in Para Medical Council Uttarakhand.” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the competent authority in Uttarakhand Para Medical Council be directed to take decision in the matter. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Secretary, Uttarakhand Para Medical Council. If he makes representation within one week from today, Secretary concerned shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
