Priyanka, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sai Sanjay Suraneni, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Senior Manager (RS)/TDO dated 21.07.2025. Copy of it is not supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner since there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has drawn the attention of this Court to the Interim Order granted by this Court on 18.12.2012 directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to issue letter of intent to Respondent No.4 in respect of Kisan Seva Kendra retail outlet dealership. 5. The Written Instruction would indicate that by virtue of the Interim Order dated 18.12.2012, retail outlet dealership has not been granted to Respondent No.4 and that, presently, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are not keen in establishing an outlet in the subject area as it is the opinion of the Respondents that it is not viable. 6. In view of the Written Instruction, this Court is of the opinion that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
