The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- " (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Kanur Nagar. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.12.2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Kanur Division, Kanpur. (c) Issue any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (d) Award cost of the petition to the petitioners." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, election has been concluded and signature has been attested, therefore, the petitioner shall approach the the Regional level Committee under the Government Order dated 19.12.2000. 4.
