The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.- 489/2022, under Sections 308,325,323,506 IPC, Police Station- Payagpur District- Bahraich. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Notice to respondent no. 2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. A perusal of the record shows that the applicant is the sole accused; the injured in his statement has alleged complicity of the applicant; the injured suffered seven injuries; out of that he has suffered a fracture in left fronto-temporal bone, a fracture at alna of right hand and in parietal bone and multiple hemorrhages and contusions. The proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. were also issued against the applicant. In view of the above, it does not appear to be a case of false implication.
