Mr. Ashutosh Posti, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. According to petitioner, he was regularised much after regularisation of his juniors only on the ground that he was paid wages through vouchers and not through muster roll. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Chief Conservator of Forest, (Human Resources Development and Personnel Management) Uttarakhand, Dehradun to give the seniority to petitioner from the date on which the junior to petitioner was given the appointment. (ii) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 & 3 to give the consequential monetary/financial benefit for which the petitioner was entitled. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus and he has also made representation, therefore, the Competent Authority be asked to take decision thereupon. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit a detailed representation to the Competent 2025:UHC:9916 Authority. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner make fresh representation to respondent no. 2. If petitioner makes representation within three weeks from today, respondent no. 2 shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within four months thereafter.
