Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The limited issue which now remains as far as execution of the order in issue is concerned is that the actual benefits which are payable to the petitioners as has also been mentioned in the order passed by the Authorities, dated 27.11.2024, have not been paid to them. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that needful will positively be done within a period of three months. 2. This Court is of the considered view that as the judgment was passed in the month of December, 2023, three months period is slightly long and therefore, needful be done by the Authorities positively within a period of six weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:7288 3.
