The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to expedite the request for cancellation of contract made in pursuance of contract agreement No. CC-84/2025-26/GEM /Dehradun/Eggs and Fish Fresh/ST-5 dated 07.05.2025 and make payment of arrear of amount of the goods supplied by the petitioner and refund the total security amount (contain in Annexure No. 1) to the writ petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits 1 2025:UHC:9952-DB that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has submitted representations on 19.09.2025 and 23.09.2025 and the said representations are pending before the respondents, as such, the respondents may be directed to take a decision on the said representations. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the said prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. The said submission is taken on record. 5. The respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner on 19.09.2025 and 23.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this Order.
