It is seen that the instant application was filed on 08.03.2011. Further to that, this Court had duly perused the instant application and Page No.# 2/2 more particularly taking note of paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 to the effect that the right to sue continues in favour of the legal representatives of the Appellant No.1, this Court substitutes the Applicants in the instant application in place of the Appellant No.1 in the accompanying appeal i.e. Intest Case No.1/2011 and arrays them as 1(a), 1(b), 1(c), 1(d), 1(e), 1(f), 1(g) and 1(h). 3. The learned counsel for the Appellant is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 4 days from today. The Registry of this Court shall on the basis of the instant order as well as the fresh memo of parties being filed, make necessary correction in the cause title of the accompanying Intest Case No.1/2011 and also update the same in the CIS. 4.
