Contention of the learned counsel is that despite the petitioner having retired on 31.03.2024 while working on a Class IV post under respondent No.4, her retiral dues has still not been paid. 3. Shri Sampurna Nand Shukla, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 & 5 fairly states that entire retiral dues of the petitioner would be paid to her within a period of 3 months from today. He states that for the said purpose the petitioner may submit a representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
