Petitioner took a loan of `1,00,000/- for purchasing cows from Sadhan Sahkari Samiti, Branch Bilona, District Bageshwar in the year 2022. Since petitioner could not repay the loan in time, therefore, a recovery citation has been issued against him by Tehsildar, Bageshwar in which the outstanding amount is indicated as `1,09,340/- plus interest and other expenses. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had purchased two cows with the amount taken as loan, however, unfortunately both the cows died due to which petitioner could not repay the loan. He submits that petitioner is serious about repayment of the loan and the respondent no. 3 be directed to reschedule the loan. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the competent authority, by making a representation. 2025:UHC:9921 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation for rescheduling the loan. If petitioner makes such representation within one week from today, the Secretary of the concerned Society shall consider the request made by the petitioner and pass appropriate order, as per law, within three weeks thereafter. For a period of four weeks or till decision is taken on petitioner’s representation, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned recovery citation.
