JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 19.03.2025 Heard Mr M P Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr A Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. 2. During the course of deliberation, Mr Sharma has produced one communication dated 12.03.2025, made by the Director of Anundoram Borooah Institute of Language, Arts and Culture (ABILAC) Assam, and submits that vide above communication dated 12.03.2025, the respondent authorities have withdrawn the termination order dated 10.10.2017, issued by the earlier Director of the Institute vide Letter No. ABI/EST/5/2015/58 dated 10.10.2017 and Mr Sharma submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this application, in view of the above- mentioned communication. 3. Prayer is accordingly allowed. 4. This writ petition stands closed. 5. The communication dated 12.03.2025, shall be a part of the record. Page No.# 3/3 6.
