The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicants in 10 cases on a personal bond and two sureties which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 542 of 2024, under Section 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 3(5) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (ii) Case Crime No. 387 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (iii) Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (iv) Case Crime No. 420 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (v) Case Crime No. 457 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (vi) Case Crime No. 463 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (vii) Case Crime No. 476 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (viii) Case Crime No. 481 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (ix) Case Crime No. 511 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. (x) Case Crime No. 535 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped against the applicant on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 09.01.2025. It is further submitted that applicants are languishing in jail since 20.10.2024. It is further submitted he has not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicants in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in the aforesaid case crime numbers, after furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs. 1,00,000/- in aforesaid 10 cases.
