Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 24.04.2019, whereby an order for demolition was passed as well as the order dated 25.06.2025, whereby the appeal preferred was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent states that an adequate efficacious remedy is prescribed under Section 41 of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Authority Act, 1973. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a revision. In case, the revision is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the revisional authority shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5. Till the disposal of the revision, no action of demolition shall be carried out.
