The present writ petition has been preferred with the following main prayer: "क. परममाददेश प्रकक तति कमा ऐसमा ककोई ररट आददेश, तनिदरश जको परममाददेश प्रकक तति कमा हको पमाररति करनिदे ककी कक पमा ककी जमावदे तक ममुख्यममंतत्री कक षक दमुघटरनिमा कल्यमाण यकोजनिमा कदे अधत्रीनि यमाचत्री कको उसकदे पतति ककी दमुघटरनिमा मकत्यमु कदे ममामलदे मम रमाहति तदलमातिदे हहए उत्तर प्रददेश कक षक कल्यमाण यकोजनिमा कदे अधत्रीनि यमाचत्री कको लमाभमाननवति करमायमा जमावदे. ख. परममाददेश प्रकक तति कमा ऐसमा ककोई ररट आददेश, तनिदरश जको परममाददेश प्रकक तति कमा हको पमाररति करनिदे ककी कक पमा ककी जमावदे तक अकमारण अतिमातकर क और अनिररल ढमंर सदे यमाचत्री कको उक्त यकोजनिमा कदे अधत्रीनि दमावमा भमुरतिमानि करनिदे सदे बचनिदे और कल्यमाणकमारत्री यकोजनिमा कदे शमासनिमाददेश कको हतिकोत्समातहति करनिदे कदे ललए यमाचत्री कको तवलधक उपचमार प्रमाप्त करनिदे मम हहई भमार ददौड व निनैरमाश्य पत्रीडमा कदे यकोजनिमा ककी धनिरमातश सदे अततिररक्त पमामंच लमाख रूपए कमा अततिररक्त प्रततिकर दमातयत्वमाधत्रीनि रमाजस्वकमर्मी सदे यमाचत्री कको अतवलमंब तदलमायमा जमावदे।" Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after the demise of her husband, the petitioner had applied under the Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana on 1.2.2023 but till date no decision has been taken. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction received from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate has submitted that the matter is under consideration and the decision will be taken very shortly. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent No.2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri to taken decision on the application of the petitioner dated 1.2.2023 within six weeks from the date certified copy of this order is served. .
