The petitioner claims certain Samadhis of his ancestors on the land in question which is recorded as of now as abadi land. A resolution has been passed by the Gaon Sabha for construction of Angan Badi Kendra. The apprehension is that this may lead to destruction of the Samadhis of petitioner's ancestors. These are not issues to be considered under writ jurisdiction. Petitioner may approach the concerned authorities or the court competent seeking appropriate remedy especially as the petitioner has already filed a suit against the private persons seeking such injunction.
