We have heard learned counsel for the applicant seeking review and do not find any valid ground for reviewing our order dated 13.05.2019 passed in Land Acquisition No. 1001 of 2017 based on the principles contained under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the provisions of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. In the garb of review application, rehearing of the matter on merits cannot take place. 4. The review application is dismissed.
