It has been submitted that charge sheet, vide CS No. 349/2025 dated 31.07.2025, has been filed against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner, as reflected in the FIR, is that the victim, who is major, was in love affair with the accused and also used to visit his house and had physical relationship. Although the petitioner has assured Page No.# 2/2 that the victim will marry her, since last few days, he has not communicated with her and refused to marry her. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has already been recorded. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and also in view of the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, custodial detention of the petitioner is not considered necessary. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. Interim order passed earlier on 10.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not try to influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
