Ms. Deepshikha, learned Chief Standing Counsel for opposite parties has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has an effective efficacious remedy before the U.P. Public Services Tribunal. 4. In view of such objection being raised, petitioner is granted liberty to approach before U.P. Public Services Tribunal with regard to his grievance, which may be considered expeditiously. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
