Also heard Mr. Surajit Das, learned Amicus Curiae appearing for the respondent no. 2 and Mr. P.S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner in connection with Mankachar P.S. Case No.302/2023 (Corresponding to GR. No.709/23) under Sections 366(A)/343/376(3)/326/34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) R/W Section 6(1) of POCSO Act. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner stood rejected by the Order dated 20.12.2023 passed in AB/2913/2023. It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Charge-sheet will be submitted vide the Charge-sheet No.49/2025 dated 29.03.2025. In that view of the matter, the Anticipatory Bail petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial court where the charge-sheet has been submitted and file the necessary applications for bail. This Anticipatory Bail petition stands disposed of in terms of the above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
