The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming that the petitioner could not complete his Ph.D. 3. It is argued that a decision was taken by the respondent- University to permit the students to complete the Ph.D. for various reasons through a communication dated 07.07.2023. The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner is covered by the condition No.1 of the communication dated 07.07.2023, which is on record as SA No.3 in the supplementary affidavit filed. 4. It is further argued that in similar circumstances, the benefits were given to the students who were eligible in terms of the three conditions specified in the communication dated 07.07.2023 vide Writ-C No.3799 of 2023 decided on 17.07.2023. 5. Considering the said judgement and the fact that the petitioner is entitled for the said benefits as contained in stipulation No.1 of the communication dated 07.07.2023, the petition is allowed directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete his Ph.D. in the light of stipulations contained in the communication dated 07.07.2023.
