Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.04.2025 whereby the application filed by the claimant, the petitioner herein, for recall of an order of dismissal of the claim petition in the absence of the parties was rejected. 3. Considering the fact that the Motor Vehicle Act is a beneficial statute, the view taken by the MACT cannot be said to be justified. 4. In view thereof, the order dated 09.04.2025 is quashed. The order dated 11.02.2020 is also set aside. 5. Directions are issued to the MACT to decide the claim petition after restoring the same in accordance with law with all expedition. 6.
