In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondent is hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the respondent No. 3 / Resident Magistrate, District Ayodhya to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of Civil Procedure Code and Substitution Application as well as the Case No.202204230110056 Gyan Devi vs. Gopi Nath and others, under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since 20.11.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proceeding under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code is pending before the Resident Magistrate, Ayodhya. Application for substitution has been made on the death of the father of the petitioners, who was respondent in the aforesaid proceeding which is pending consideration. It is in the aforesaid pendency, the petitioners cannot effectively contest the said matter and accordingly, prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the application for substitution. It has been submitted that the said application has been filed on 01.03.2025. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for expediting the application for substitution. In case, such application is moved in next two weeks, the Resident Magistrate, Ayodhya shall consider and pass appropriate order within two weeks thereafter.
