The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that against the judgement and decree dated 18.08.2018, an Appeal No.220 of 2018 was preferred, in which no interim order was granted. 3. It is stated that on the one hand, the application for interim injunction is pending consideration before the appellate court and on the other hand, the execution is being pressed and the petitioner is liable to be evicted in pursuance of the decree passed, which is subject matter of the appeal. 4. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for grant of interim order in the Regular Civil Appeal No.220 of 2018 and Regular Civil Appeal No.221 of 2018. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of one week from today. 5. Till the disposal of the application or one week whichever earlier, the execution shall remain stayed.
