A perusal of the records reveal that, the petitioner was appointed as an Office Assistant in the respondent Corporation on 15.07.1992 and he has addressed a representation to the respondent on 31.01.2025 seeking to fix his seniority from the date of his appointment and disburse the monetary benefits. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.
