Considering the order being interlocutory, no interference is called for. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner would be entitled to take the ground with regard to challenge of the order dated 23.05.2025 when the matter is finally decided while preferring an appeal/revision, whatever, rely.
