Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 to 3. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 4 stands dispensed with. 3. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for considering the petitioners application for compassionate appointment in place of her mother in law Late Meena Kumari, who said to have passed away on 06.12.2021 while in service as Health Supervisor in the Community Health Centre, Rampur Mathura, District Sitapur. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance thereof, the petitioners had given an application dated 24.08.2022 but till date no final decision has been taken by the authority concerned. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 3- Chief Medical Officer, Sitapur is directed to take final decision with regard to the petitioners' application expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority after affording opportunity of hearing to all the family members of the petitioners. 6.
