In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents is hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to respondent No. 2 / Tehsildar Bikapur, Tehsil - Bikapur, District Ayodhya to decide the Mutation Case No.T202404230304114, under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 relating to Village Gaura, Pargana Paschim Rath, Tehsil Bikapur, District Ayodhya, expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in case respondent No. 2 / Tehsildar Bikapur, Tehsil - Bikapur, District Ayodhya, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expediting the aforesaid case before the respondent No. 2 / Tehsildar Bikapur, Tehsil - Bikapur, District Ayodhya, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the application along with the certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
