This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 & 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 64(2)(f) of B.N.S., 2023. 3.
