Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Smt. Pinky Sharma Moran @ Poppi, who has Page No.# 2/2 been arrested on 05.06.2025 in connection with Kakopather P.S. Case No. 27/2025 under Section 108/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. PP submitted that over telephone he has been informed that charge sheet in the case has been submitted vide Charge Sheet No.41/2025 dated 02.08.2025. 4. In that context, Mr. Nair, learned counsel submitted that as per his information, Charge Sheet was not laid before the learned CJM even on 02.08.2025 and till date, the petitioner is in custody for last 61 days. 5. In view of the submission of the Charge Sheet in the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 6.
