The obstruction is by a private party who admittedly has not been arrayed herein. Even otherwise, we fail to understand as to how such matters can be decided in writ jurisdiction. Writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to pursue other remedies if it is otherwise permissible in law.
