Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take immediate necessary action for removing the illegal encroachment made by the private respondents from the public utility land of Gata No.842 situated in Village Panchayat Bhopatpur, Development Block Risiya, Tehsil and District Bahraich, after taking necessary measurement of the Gata land/public utility land by constituting a Revenue Team within a timeframe as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that after complaint was received with regard to the encroachments, the encroachments in question have been removed by the encroacher himself. 4. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no contact to ascertain the facts as revealed by learned Standing Counsel. 5. Irrespective of the said fact in view of the instructions, no further directions are required. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may move an appropriate application before the ADM concerned, who shall take action in accordance with law, if any encroachment exists over the property. 6. The present petition stands disposed of.
