Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay in filing review application is hereby condoned. On Review Application 1. Heard. This review application has been filed against the judgment dated 24.4.2025, passed by this Court. 2. The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application are sufficient. 3. In view of the above, in paragraph-10 of the judgment dated 24.4.2025, on the place of Anuj Jaiswal, Anju Jaiswal has been typed by mistake, therefore, it is hereby amended as Anuj Jaiswal. 4. Further submission is that once there was no case registered and the order of revision was rejected on administrative ground, therefore, there is no question for remand of the matter to the respondent No.1 to decide the matter again after affording opportunity of hearing. 5. The submission advanced, has merit and therefore, the paragraph-28 of the judgment dated 24.4.2025 is deleted. 6. In view of the above, the present review application is allowed.
