The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court concerned to finally decide the Case No. 057 of 2009, Crime No. 324 of 2009, under sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B of I.P.C., Police Station-Wazir Ganj, District-Lucknow i.e. Ritu Vs Ram Roop & Others, pending before Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I., Ayodhya Prakaran,Lucknow. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2009 and the case was registered as Case No. 057 of 2009, Crime No. 324 of 2009, under sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B of I.P.C., Police Station-Wazir Ganj, District-Lucknow, but, even after passing of about 16 years, the proceeding of the case not been concluded as yet. After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Case No. 057 of 2009, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
