2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail from apprehending his arrest for the offence instituted under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is submitted that there is a long- standing land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against this petitioner.
4. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case no.413 of 2024 with the condition that he will co-operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhaar Card with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the pendency of the case and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not cooperate with the investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
