This review application has been filed on the ground that the judgment was dictated in the open Court and the writ petition was allowed. 3. Second ground of review is that in the goswara register filed by respondents, the land was shown in the name of respondents and without summoning the original record, finding has been returned and the court has committed mistake in dismissing the writ petition. 4. In this view of the matter, when the judgment was dictated in the open court, operative portion of the judgment was also dictated. During course of revision, some material came in to light of the court and therefore, the case was directed to be listed for further hearing on 07.07.2025 vide order dated 25.04.2025 and thereafter, after advancing arguments by both the parties, it was ordered that the judgment shall be dictated in chamber and thereafter, the judgment was dictated and the writ petition was dismissed. 5. Therefore, no ground has been made out for review of the judgment. 6. The writ application is hereby dismissed.
