Mr. M.S. Bisht, Brief Holder for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) The petitioner is a committee of management, which runs Inter College, Gagrigol, District Bageshwar, Uttarakhand. On the appointment of teachers in such colleges, the respondent no. 2 had imposed a ban by communication dated 10.11.2022. It is the case of the petitioner that the order dated 10.11.2022 has already been quashed by this Court in WP (M/S) No. 3221 of 2022, Committee of Management R.M.P.P. Vidhyalaya Inter College Gurukul Narsan v. State of Uttarakhand and others, and other connected matters, but despite that the respondent no. 4 is not taking a decision on the application dated 22.04.2025 of the petitioner, by which approval has been sought for appointment of teaching and non-teaching faculty in the college. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the file. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no. 4/Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar; therefore, the respondent no. 2 4/Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar may be directed to take a decision on it within a stipulated time. 4. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure 3 to the writ petition) may be decided by the respondent no. 4/Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar within a period of four weeks from today. 5. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State Counsel. 6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4/Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure 3 to the writ petition) within a period of four weeks from today.
