The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 20722 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that the claim of the applicant has been decided by the District Level Committee on 25.2.2025 and appropriate orders have already been passed by the District Magistrate, Chitrakoot on 1.3.2025. The said fact has been stated on affidavit, which is taken on record. The orders and decisions have been annexed with the said affidavit. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of.
