For Petitioner : Mr.N.Balakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.C.Satheesh Government Advocate 1/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.19560 of 2018 ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 07.08.2018 and to detail and to incorporate in the FMB, the channel available in survey No.67/18G. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner has given a representation to include and detail the channel in Survey No.67/18G, Muthukadu Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District. In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is stated that the channel is abutting the Survey No. 67/18G which belongs to the petitioner and changes can be carried out in the FMB after receiving the report of the surveyor and getting necessary orders from the District Revenue Officer. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.19560 of 2018 4. Considering the above, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to inspect the property and collect the revenue records with the help of the surveyor and forward a report to the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai and on receipt of the report of the Tahsildar, the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai shall pass final orders on the petitioner's application, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
