The real dispute was there between the petitioner- Vishambhar Dayal and respondent no.1-Anil Kumar. 6. A compromise application (IA No.16833/2025) has been filed by the contesting parties, duly signed and verified by their respective Advocates. 7. By means of the present compromise application, petitioner and respondent no.1 have settled their dispute amicably and thus, the petitioner prayed this Court to decide the writ petition in terms of the compromise, annexure-1 to the compromise application. 8. In view of the statement made by contesting parties in the compromise application, the writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the compromise, annexure-1 to the compromise application.
