Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that he has tried to supply the advance copy to counsel for respondent No. 7 but he denied to accept the same. He further submits that no one has been appearing on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 6 in MAC No. 1769/2016 despite service of notice, therefore, he is not able to supply the advance copy to the said respondents in the present case. 2. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2025 for condonation of delay in filing the instant restoration application. 3. Upon due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the I.A. No. 01/2025 is allowed and delay of 44 days in filing the instant application is hereby condoned. 4. Also heard the MCC. 5. The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of MAC No. 1769/2016 which got dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court on 08.01.2025. 3 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons mentioned in the application, the MCC is allowed and MAC No. 1769/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to the applicants depositing cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a week.
