Petitioner’s grievance is that he has preferred a representation dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer from District Solan to District Kinnaur under 5% Inter District Quota in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 terms of notification dated 20.11.2021 to respondent No.3/competent authority, which has still not been decided. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021, within a period of four weeks from today.
