Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel of the opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties extending the benefit of the judgment and order dated 22.4.2024 passed in Writ A No. 1367 of 2022, Deependra Prakash Tiwari Vs. State of U.P. and others and correct fixation of salary and pension after providing such ACP along with interests w.e.f. 5 June, 1986. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the opposite party no. 3- District Magistrate, Amethi, who shall consider and decide the same in the light of the aforesaid judgment, in case the same is applicable, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified of this order is served upon the concerned authority. The aspect of grant of interest shall also be considered by the said authority within the same time frame. 4. The petitioner shall annex copy of the judgment rendered in the case of Deependra Prakash Tiwari (Supra) along with certified copy of this order. 5.
