T202204230405251), 'state Vs. Deshraj Yadav and other' under section 133 of Cr.P.C, 1973 expeditiously within stipulate period in the ends of justice." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the case, which appears to be pending since 25.05.2022, this petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Milkipur, District-Faizabad/Ayodhya, to consider and decide the pending case in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
