In the pre-lunch session, Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General was directed to seek instructions and now, on instructions, he submits that the Investigating Officer was changed since there was a request by the earlier Investigating Officer and the investigation is being done in a very fair manner and will be supervised by the Senior Superintendent of Police. 3. Apart from this, Mr. J.S. Virk, on instructions, submits that if there is any threat perception, the Senior Superintendent of Police shall personally look into the matter and will provide necessary protection if it requires. 4.
