Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:43321-DB Court No. - 9 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 6645 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar @ Sanjay Kumar Verma Respondent :- Pramukh Sachiv Grah Anubhag Civil Sachivalaya U.P. Shashan Lko. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Vikas Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A., who appears for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report bearing Case Crime No.212 of 2025 under section 319(2), 318(4) of the B.N.S., at Police Station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur and also not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance thereof. 3. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is completely innocent and the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged as counter-blast to the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner on 14.06.2025 at 16:37 hours, wherein the informant has abused and threatened the petitioner for life. 4. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged only after the magistrate has passed order under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. (173(4) of the B.N.S.S.) and the application may have been made by the informant much earlier to the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner. The instructions are taken on record. 4. We have gone through the contents of earlier F.I.R, which has been lodged by the petitioner and the impugned F.I.R. We have also gone through the contents of written instructions sent by Shri Prem Narayan Rajpoot, Sub Inspector, Police Station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur. From perusal of the F.I.Rs and instructions, it appears that the petitioner's intention is dishonest and a cognizable office is made out. This Court does not find any good ground to interfere in the impugned F.I.R. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. . (Brij Raj Singh,J.) (Sangeeta Chandra,J.)
