ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“i) To call for entire records pertaining to the private complaint in C.C.No.6326/2023 pending on the file of the Hon’ble XVIII Addl. SCJ, Bengaluru City.
ii) After Perusing the records, quash the complaint and further proceedings in C.C.No.6326/2023 filed by the respondent for the offence punishable under section 138 of N.I. Act which is pending on the file of the Hon’ble XVIII Addl. SCJ., Bengaluru City, which are produced at Annexure ‘A’ & ‘B’.
iii) Grant cost of this petition.
iv) And also grant such other and further relief’s as this Hon’ble court deems fit considering the facts and circumstance of the cases to meet the ends of justice.”
2. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to urge all the
contentions before the Trial Court. It is also submitted that the petitioner would file an application requesting the Trial Court to

furnish certified copies of all the documents produced by the respondent-complainant before the Trial Court and the Trial Court may be directed to provide the certified copies of the documents to the petitioner so as to enable him to proceed in the matter.
3. The aforesaid submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty to urge all the contentions before the Trial Court. In addition thereto, in the event the petitioner makes a request to the Trial Court by filing an certified copy application, the Trial Court shall furnish the certified copies of all the documents produced by the respondent to the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
