Tiwari,Advocate holding brief of Sri Subodh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that on account of non-payment of the amount of maintenance allowed by the family court, Sitapur by means of the order dated 25.07.2018 passed in Misc.Criminal Case No.113/2015, on an application moved by the respondents, the bank account of the revisionist has been withheld. He further submits that though he has paid some amount but there is no proof thereof. Thus he is ready to pay the total amount alongwith arrears upto date in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 25.07.2018 from the aforesaid account and in this regard he has moved an application before the concerned court on 22.04.2025 and thereafter on 17.06.2025 disclosing therein that he is ready to pay the amount of maintenance, therefore, his account may be released. He further submits that the arrears of maintenance may be recovered from the aforesaid account. In view of above,without entering into the merits of the case, the revision is disposed of with liberty to the revisionist to move appropriate application before the concerned court and the concerned court may consider his application in accordance with law expeditiously, in case it is moved within two weeks from today because aforesaid applications are not with the aforesaid prayer.
