The petitioner wants removal of CCTV camera allegedly installed in front of his office situated at Flat No. 89, 90, 97 of Lekhraj Nagina, C Block, Indira Nagar, P.S.- Ghazipur, District – Lucknow. On being asked as to who has installed the CCTV camera, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware of it. We fail to understand as to how a writ petition is maintainable in such matters. The petitioner may pursue other remedies, if there is a cause. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
